I'm so naive I thought this entire video was an April Fool's joke, complete with a made-up product and company. Then I googled them. What I like best about this video is that it is NOT an April Fool's gag, but rather a clever expose. Thanks! BTW - It was still funny!

Thanks for laughs. Well done. I saw this advertised on Facebook with the name "Patriot," knowing full well it was made in China. I looked at the price and laughed.

Glad to see that you made this. I went one step further, pulled their tax filings & contacted EVERY one of their firms that the "donate" money too. I was sure I would have video gold & that they never donated any of that money they claim to. To my amazement, they are truthful in their donations. It doesn't make the junk not junk but they aren't lying about the donation stuff. Don't underestimate them too, I have done some calculations on their financials and they are selling more units than anyone would believe. Insane!

Feel my pain: Around two years ago I mentioned to Hubs that we should find out about solar generators and get something as an addition to our older fuel-powered generators. We try to have redundancy and diversity in all our preps. He says "Start the research and we'll see." A couple of months later without consulting me, Hubs purchases one of these monstrosities, plus a pair of the Sidekicks and extra panels, and a bunch of other little items like flashlights, lanterns, pocket power banks. Yes, thousands of dollars. The boxes come in and I'm gob-smacked. Not in a good way. I

I bought this many years ago before I educated myself. Was fooled by the name regarding capabilities. It only runs my oxygen a whopping 3 hours when I thought it would run for at least 6. I was really bummed when I figured this out. If you want to really test this I'll gladly send you mine.

GREAT job on this one . I had a family member post to our Group on FB , and said she was thinking about getting it . I started posting Jackery , EcoFlow & Bluetti stuff with prices . That ended that . As a combat vet . It sickens me that this Company pulls this shit !! Be safe out the folks .. Gubs

From the first time I saw their ad, it repelled me. I resent any products labeled Patriot or sold on that idea. I'd be embarrassed to own one. I literally wouldn't buy their generator at any price. I'm very glad you did this video, giving me a dozen more reasons to not buy anything from that company. I genuinely feel sorry for people who have purchased anything from that company. My father was a United States Marine. He was proud of his service and his country. He fought in WWII and Korea. I will always be proud of him and of this country. That company's ads really torque my nerves, using patriotism and preying upon some vulnerable people for profit. I feel that they're abusing the sacrifices made by U.S. Armed Forces personnel, disrespectfully using the freedoms we enjoy, to be massive greedy dishonest assholes. Rest in Everlasting Peace Daddy, and thank you for the values you taught me.
